FOLD only accepts returns for store credit within 14 days of purchase. You must have original receipt to return item. Items must be in exact same condition as sold. No damaged items will be accepted.
We offer a 14-day warranty on all cameras we sell in-store. Eligible items from in-store orders will be accepted for a repair if the request is made within (14) days of the buyer's receipt of the merchandise. If we cannot repair the item you purchased, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will offer an in-store credit. We do not accept returns. We do not issue refunds. We do not issue any returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse.
If you have an issue with your camera, visit us in-store at 453 South Spring Street LA CA 90013, or email info@FOLDdtla.com, within (14) days of receiving your in-store order. Items must be returned in original condition to FOLD Gallery, otherwise, additional fees may be incurred.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee that can be up to 25% of the original purchase.
*PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept any returns or exchanges for any items purchased both online and in-store, and cameras will only be considered for a repair or replacement if there is a functionality issue with the item sold (which is a rare occurrence). We will not accept any returns or exchanges for any sensitized goods (i.e. photographic film, paper, or chemistry). This includes items for which a sensitized good is a component.
For art purchases, art must be returned within 7 days of sale or shipping arrival date from gallery.
