"kAt Philbin creates illustrations with ink and watercolor. She prefers to work in a small scale with lots and lots of tiny pen lines. Often compared with Edward Gorey or classic fairy tale illustrations, her delicate, detailed drawings often have a dark, humorous edge with a twisted fable hiding in each piece. Originally hailing from the middle of nowhere, Missouri, kAt currently lives in Burbank, CA with a very chill welsh corgi named Egon."
